Mercer Mingles are community alumni events. The Mercer University Alumni Association, as well as hosts and sponsors, organize social and networking events in cities across the United States. Mingles are informal events where alumni can connect with each other, swap stories and learn about what is happening across Mercer's campuses and programs. Generally hosted at a local restaurant, country club or other venue, there is sometimes a small fee to attend and heavy hors d'ouevres and light refreshments are provided. Home Game Tailgates
Tailgate packages are available to rent for 2016 home football games through the Alumni Association. Visit mercergameday.com to view tailgating policies and procedures, then click on the reservations link under the “Purchasing Tailgate Packages” heading to rent your game day items. Reservations are open to alumni, friends and community members.
Away Game Tailgates
Sometimes the Mercer University Alumni Association, together with other hosts and sponsors, organizes tailgate gatherings at Mercer football games on the road. Like mingles, these are informal social and networking events designed to connect Bears, and show support for our team.
